Vehicle rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement, which will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due before or at the time of vehicle collection
• Security deposits are held against damage or breach of rental terms
• Accepted payment methods are specified during the booking process

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the timing of your cancellation:

• More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of any deposit paid
• 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% of deposit retained
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: Full deposit retained
• No-show: Full rental amount may be charged

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if false information is provided or terms are breached.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of any information

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ash-bison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
